Starting from entry-level positions in hotel kitchens, Mr. Le Phuoc Diep has spent two decades cultivating his skills and advancing his career at some of the most prestigious hospitality brands:

• Vinpearl Danang Ocean Resort & Villas
• Wyndham Danang Golden Bay Hotel

He is not only a seasoned leader managing large-scale food and beverage operations but also a specialist in hotel pre-opening setup and operations – a stage that requires strong planning ability, process standardization, and intensive staff training.

Guided by the vision that “Cuisine is the soul of the hotel experience,” Mr. Diep has continuously inspired excellence through his deep respect for the craft, emphasis on discipline, mastery of skill, and meticulous attention to every detail of service.

Bridging Culinary Expertise with Practical Training Vision

The collaboration between Lead-UP Academy and Culinary Expert Le Phuoc Diep goes beyond teaching technical skills – it strives toward a greater goal:

Drawing from his extensive experience in F&B setup, operations, and management at 4- and 5-star hotels, Mr. Diep will collaborate with Lead-UP Academy to:
• Develop hands-on training programs for staff and managers in Culinary and Restaurant – Bar departments.
• Coach operational excellence aligned with international standards while embracing Vietnamese service culture.
• Serve as a technical advisor for the Outsourced Training Department model that Lead-UP deploys for hotels, resorts, and service chains across Central Vietnam.
