Opening Ceremony of the Training Program “Effective Enrollment Consulting” for the Admissions Team of Sky-Line Education System

 

On the morning of November 1, 2025, in Da Nang, the atmosphere at the Sky-Line Education System was filled with excitement and positive energy as Lead-UP Academy officially launched the training program “Effective Enrollment Consulting.”
This program was specially designed to enhance the admissions team’s consulting capabilities, standardize service behaviors, and deepen their understanding of the parent–student journey.

The opening ceremony was attended by Ms. Le Thi Ngoc Huyen – CEO of Lead-UP Academy, Expert & Trainer MSc. Pham To Hoai, and Ms. Nguyen Thi Suong Thu – Director of Admissions of Sky-Line Education System, together with the entire admissions team from Sky-Line’s campuses in Da Nang.

The training program was developed by Lead-UP Academy based on the real context of admissions in today’s education systems – where consultants are not only required to master communication and persuasion skills but also to possess a service mindset and genuine empathy toward parents and students.

According to Expert Pham To Hoai, who designed and facilitated the course:

Training activities were designed using experiential learning methods, where participants not only listened but actively engaged through role-playing, scenario analysis, customer journey mapping, and identifying “moments of truth” in parent interactions.
