On December 26, 2025, Lead-UP Academy officially became a member of the Da Nang Young Entrepreneurs Association. This is not merely our participation in a reputable organization within the business community of Da Nang City, but a deliberate choice of partnership with a clear orientation: to contribute professional expertise, share practical value, and together with the Association build a community of entrepreneurs who learn, take action, and develop sustainably.

Lead-UP Academy is a collective of passionate individuals, and we are ready to dedicate ourselves to the development goals of the 2025–2028 term of the Da Nang Young Entrepreneurs Association, under the action slogan “Accompany – Unite – Co-create.”

First, Lead-UP is ready to contribute directly to enhancing the management capabilities of Association members. In a context where businesses are facing increasing pressures related to costs, human resources, markets, and the accelerating pace of change, Lead-UP is oriented to accompany the Association through the following activities:

• Operations management consulting, helping enterprises review their organizational models, processes, coordination mechanisms, and work performance;
• Management training and development of successor teams, especially for young business owners, middle-level managers, and key personnel;
• Transforming knowledge into action through practice-based training programs that closely address the real challenges faced by member enterprises.

Lead-UP believes that enterprises can only achieve truly sustainable development when management capabilities are upgraded in parallel with business growth.

Second, Lead-UP wishes to accompany the Association in the area of “Training and Capacity Building for Members.” With a reputable network of experts both domestically and internationally, Lead-UP Academy is ready to:

• Coordinate in designing specialized training programs exclusively for Association members;
• Participate in sharing practical experience, management thinking, and models that have been proven effective in real-world applications;
• Contribute to the formation of a culture of continuous learning within the Da Nang Young Entrepreneurs community.

Third, Lead-UP is oriented toward strongly developing its role in connectivity within the entrepreneurial community. Not limited to training alone, Lead-UP wishes to:

• Strengthen cooperative connections among member enterprises, especially in sectors where they can complement one another;
• Participate in exchange and inter-regional networking activities with Young Entrepreneurs Associations in other provinces and cities, thereby expanding opportunities for cooperation, learning, and market development for Da Nang members.

A strong entrepreneurial community is not defined solely by the number of enterprises, but by the quality of thinking, management capabilities, and the spirit of readiness to share and accompany one another. With this spirit, Lead-UP Academy sincerely values the opportunity to become part of the Da Nang Young Entrepreneurs Association and commits to accompanying the Association through concrete actions, substantive value, and long-term responsibility, contributing to the development of the Association and the entrepreneurial community of Da Nang City.
