On 8 September 2026, Lead-UP Academy of Practical Management (Lead-UP Academy) served on the Graduation Project Defense Panel for Digital Marketing students at FPT Polytechnic Da Nang during Round 3 of 2026. This activity represents a further step in implementing the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) signed between the two organizations, linking industry engagement with the development of students’ professional competencies.

The Digital Marketing projects focused on developing and implementing plans for real-world business models. Through their project presentations and defenses, students had the opportunity to demonstrate their ability to apply knowledge, justify their chosen approaches, and receive feedback from the panel.

Lead-UP’s participation brought perspectives from corporate consulting and training into the assessment process. This provided students with an additional basis for evaluating how well their ideas aligned with customer needs and practical implementation conditions. From Lead-UP’s practice-oriented training perspective, the value of a Digital Marketing project lies in its ability to address a specific business challenge. A plan should clearly identify target customers and explain the rationale for selecting marketing channels and communication content, while considering implementation resources and methods for measuring results. These considerations help students connect their specialist knowledge with workplace requirements.

Discussions with the panel also enabled students to practice explaining their professional decisions, responding to critical feedback, and refining their proposed approaches. These experiences help prepare students to present proposals, collaborate with colleagues, and work with clients after graduation. As part of this defense round, graphic design projects were also presented through visual outputs. The displays illustrated how students expressed their ideas through visual systems and tangible products, providing a basis for explaining the project implementation process.

Participation in the Graduation Project Defense Panel is a practical step in implementing the MOU between Lead-UP Academy and FPT Polytechnic Da Nang. For Lead-UP, the significance of this partnership is reflected in its direct contributions to students’ learning and career readiness. Engagement at the graduation assessment stage enables businesses to share practical workplace expectations as students prepare to enter the labor market.

Looking ahead, Lead-UP Academy remains committed to collaborating with FPT Polytechnic Da Nang to implement activities that address the needs of the institution and its students. The focus will be on sharing experience from business practice, supporting the development of professional skills, and helping students gain a clearer understanding of workplace requirements. These collaborative activities aim to align learning content with the competencies students need to further develop, thereby helping to narrow the gap between education and professional practice. This is also how Lead-UP puts its guiding principle, “Learn to Act – Act to Lead,” into practice through its partnership with the institution.
