Closing Ceremony of the “Inspirational Leadership” Training Program for the Management Team of The Pearl Hội An

 

On the afternoon of November 26, 2025, at The Pearl Hội An Hotel, the “Inspirational Leadership” training program delivered by Lead-UP Academy officially concluded after two days of intensive, practical, and highly interactive learning.
The program was designed to strengthen the professionalism, leadership identity, and management capability of the hotel’s leadership team—equipping them with key skills to lead effectively in a rapidly evolving service environment.

Throughout the two-day program, participants were guided to recognize and apply essential leadership skills such as self-management, emotional balance, delegation, and effective task organization. The learning journey also encouraged each manager to reflect on their decision-making, communication styles, and their daily impact on the team—thereby enhancing team management, talent development, motivation, and inspirational leadership behaviors.
The training further emphasized cultivating a modern leadership mindset, the ability to overcome challenges, and building effective habits that sustain long-term performance.

A notable highlight of the program was the emphasis on building trust and shaping a credible service culture at The Pearl Hội An. Through real-case simulations, experiential activities, and scenario-based analysis, participants gained deeper understanding of how every leader’s actions, attitudes, and decisions contribute to creating a trust-driven culture and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Participants practiced delegation frameworks, performance enhancement techniques, internal conflict handling, and strategies to build a disciplined, cohesive, and effective team.

Part 4: Inspirational Leadership
Through interactive activities, learners explored how to inspire through behavior—positive communication, timely recognition, creating emotional energy, and guiding the team through pressure with clarity and confidence.

Part 5: Culture-Creating Leadership
The final module helped participants understand how leaders build culture through consistency, trust-building behaviors, and maintaining service standards that define The Pearl’s identity.

From Knowledge to Transformation

Many participants shared that the program not only provided skills, but also enabled them to clearly see their strengths, areas for improvement, and the leadership behaviors they needed to adjust for greater effectiveness.
The closing atmosphere was filled with emotion and commitment, as managers expressed their readiness to apply what they had learned into their daily operations.
