From being the co-founder of an event and arts training company to becoming a leader in the life insurance industry, her career path is a story of courage and transformation.

Right after graduation—at an age when most of her peers were preparing résumés to apply for jobs—she was already nurturing the dream of running her own business. With years of experience in the arts industry, having worked as a performer, choreographer, and manager, she co-founded an event and arts training company. It seemed her career would always be tied to the arts, until a more challenging choice appeared.

More than a decade ago, she began her career in major life insurance corporations—a tough environment where perseverance, discipline, and leadership are tested every single day. From financial consultant to Senior Director at Manulife Vietnam, from advising clients to pioneering new markets, she not only changed the financial mindset of thousands of customers but also reshaped the professional mindset of hundreds of employees. Her legacy was not only about growth numbers or market expansion—it was about teams that matured and individuals who discovered the strength to break through their own limits.

As a talent developer in several leading corporations, she has managed and coached over 500 employees, transforming scattered individuals into strong, cohesive teams with shared goals and great aspirations. From this experience, she forged a clear philosophy: “It’s not just about building systems – it’s about developing people. Only when people grow strong can an organization become truly sustainable. I don’t want to merely use people; I want to help them grow.”

This is also the spirit she brings into Lead-UP. As CEO of Lead-UP Academy of Practical Management, Lê Thị Ngọc Huyền focuses on building vision, shaping strategy, and developing the team, grounded in more than 10 years of experience in business leadership and system development.
