On the afternoon of November 2, 2025, in Da Nang, the training program “Effective Enrollment Consulting – Empathy, Commitment, Companionship,” jointly organized by Lead-UP Academy and the Sky-Line Education System, officially concluded after two days of dynamic, practical, and inspiring learning.

If the first day focused on transforming mindsets and understanding the customer journey, the second day offered a completely different energy – vibrant, open, and full of hands-on practice.

Participants joined Expert Pham To Hoai in a series of realistic consulting simulations, role-playing exercises, and on-site practice sessions held right on the Sky-Line campus. In these activities, groups of learners took on the role of admissions consultants, engaging with “simulated parents” in real-life spaces to present school programs and handle inquiries.

Beyond enhancing communication, persuasion, and response-handling skills, these experiential exercises helped participants reflect on their own ways of listening, empathizing, and connecting with parents and students – naturally cultivating a customer-centric mindset that is both authentic and sustainable.

A special highlight of the second day was the open sharing session. Members of the Sky-Line admissions team spoke candidly about their real-world challenges – from understanding parent psychology and managing difficult conversations, to balancing workloads and improving interdepartmental coordination.

With his deep experience in consulting and training, Expert Pham To Hoai provided direct analysis, guidance, and practical solutions, helping the team gain new perspectives to enhance both individual capacity and collective performance.
