In an open and positive spirit, Lead-UP Academy had a meeting with Greenwich Vietnam University – Da Nang Campus to discuss directions for collaboration in skill training, career development, and enterprise connection for students.

Representatives from Greenwich Vietnam University – Da Nang Campus, Ms. Mai Doan Ngoc Tuyet Oanh – Head of Student Affairs Department, and Ms. Phan Thi Kieu Loan – Manager of Corporate Relations Department, warmly welcomed the Lead-UP Academy delegation.

During the meeting, both sides shared a common vision of building a practical learning environment where students not only gain academic knowledge but also develop essential soft skills, leadership mindset, and adaptability to the rapidly changing job market.

The Lead-UP Academy team presented its educational model “Learn to Act – Act to Lead”, which focuses on developing students’ practical competencies through a variety of initiatives, including:

• Soft skills and leadership training programs for students;

• Career orientation workshops, talks, and mentorship connections with industry professionals;

• Collaboration on real-world projects, internship programs, and experiential learning activities.

Representatives from Greenwich Vietnam University highly appreciated Lead-UP’s direction in bridging the gap between academia and business, as well as nurturing leadership capacity among young people. They also expressed interest in implementing concrete collaboration programs to provide students with more hands-on experiences and professional development opportunities.

The meeting concluded on a positive and cooperative note, paving the way for a promising partnership between Lead-UP Academy and Greenwich Vietnam University – Da Nang Campus, with a shared goal of empowering dynamic, creative, and globally ready young talents.
