The year 2025 marked a proud milestone in the formation and development journey of Lead-UP Academy – the Practice-Based Management Academy of Lead-UP. From the very beginning, we deliberately chose a clear and consistent operating philosophy:

  • Viet An Eye Hospital Da Nang with the Excellent Customer Experience Management program and the emotionally impactful series of activities under the “21 Days of Healing with a Compassionate Heart” Campaign.
  • Hung Phat Real Estate System, where Lead-UP partnered closely with senior leadership to systematically and profoundly elevate customer experience journeys.
  • Sky-Line Education System with the program Effective Enrollment Consulting - Empathy, Commitment, and Partnership, serving both as a training curriculum and a guiding operational philosophy.
  • Tien Phong Commercial Joint Stock Bank (TPBank) - a distinctive shade of purple - showcased an impressive journey, meticulously invested from mystery customer surveys to every experiential moment in the classroom through the program titled “Customer Communication and Complaint Handling Skills.”
  • The Pearl Hoi An Hotel with the Inspirational Leadership program, carefully developed from needs assessment and scenario design to role-playing exercises that strongly reflected a practice-based spirit.
  • Hoi An Tourism – Services Company, closing 2025 with the program Awakening the Service Mindset – Spreading the Beauty of Hoi An, where learners returned to the most fundamental values of the service profession: serving with heart, refinement, and sincerity.
    Here, our training was not intended for display, but to be emotionally authentic and culturally aligned, beginning with the very people of Hoi An - gentle and deeply humane.

From the 2025 Review to the 2026 Direction – Deep Development and Long-Term Partnership

Entering 2026, Lead-UP Academy does not pursue expansion through the sheer number of programs. Instead, we remain steadfast in our commitment to deep development, using operational effectiveness and human transformation as the primary measures of value.

From the experiences and lessons accumulated in 2025, we have recognized that while organizations do not lack short-term training courses, they greatly need long-term partnership solutions capable of accompanying them through different stages of development.

2. Customized In-House Training – Closely Integrated with Work

In-House Training continues to be a core strength of Lead-UP Academy in 2026. Each program is custom-designed for specific organizations and target groups, ranging from senior leadership and middle managers to operational teams and support functions.
