Within the framework of the BEEMATCHING 2026 – FIND YOUR HIVE program, Ms. Nguyen Thi Tra My - CEO, Lead-UP Academy has officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with FPT Polytechnic Da Nang, marking an important milestone in its strategy to connect education with real-world business practice.

This event not only represents a collaboration between two educational institutions, but also lays the foundation for a human resource development model that is practice-oriented, application-driven, and closely aligned with labor market demands.

Context of collaboration: When education must be closely tied to practice

In the context of a rapidly evolving labor market, the gap between “being educated” and “being able to perform” is becoming increasingly evident. Employers are no longer seeking candidates with knowledge alone, but individuals who possess execution capability, adaptability, and practical problem-solving thinking.

Lead-UP Academy will accompany FPT Polytechnic in:
• Providing internship opportunities at partner enterprises
• Connecting job opportunities for students in Marketing, Human Resources, and Learning & Development
• Enabling students to access real working environments while still at school

This represents a shift from “learning to know” to “learning to perform.”

2. Development of practice-oriented faculty
Both parties will collaborate to:
• Connect networks of experts, mentors, and trainers from Lead-UP
• Participate in teaching and sharing real-world case studies
• Integrate business operational experience into the classroom

This approach aligns with the trend of competency-based training, where training content must originate from actual job requirements.

3. Implementation of startup projects and practical programs
Students will not only learn, but will also:
• Participate in real-world projects
• Develop innovative and entrepreneurial thinking
• Directly implement business, marketing, and operational models

Immediately following the MOU signing ceremony, Lead-UP Academy conducted interviews with selected candidates to supplement its talent pipeline for upcoming projects. The leadership team of Lead-UP Academy was highly impressed by the proactiveness, confidence, and competencies demonstrated by the candidates during this recruitment round.
